What to bring
  • Identification card
  • Glasses, contact lens case, or another pair of contact lenses (for those who take the examination of vision test/ophthalmology)
  • All current medications
When coming to our center
  • Please note that our parking space is limited.
  • Please come to our center 15 minutes before your reservation time. In case you cannot be in time, please kindly inform us.
General instructions
Meal
  • Please do not eat after 9pm day before having the health checkup to avoid any effect on your test result. Please do not have any candy and chewing gum until the health checkup is finished.
  • You can have only water on the day morning.
Medicine
  • If you are taking any medication for hypertension or cardiac disease, please take them with a small amount of water when you get up.
  • If you are under medication of diabetes, please consult your doctor about taking health checkup in advance.
Valuables
  • We would ask you to take off your accessories for examination.
  • You are responsible for all your belongings. We are not responsible for replacing lost, misplaced, or damaged items.
Clothing
  • Only a plain T-shirt without underwear can be worn during the chest X-ray, however, prints, embroidery, or buttons should be avoided. You can use our shirt or bring your own plain T-shirt.
  • Stockings need to be taken off. If you don’t like bare feet, please bring socks with you.
For women
  • If you are on your period, please inform our nurse for urine test.
  • Please inform us when you are pregnant or suspect pregnancy for chest X-ray.
